Digital Goods Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products (instant downloadable AI prompts), all sales are final. Once a prompt is purchased and downloaded, it cannot be “returned.” Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations.
Exceptions: If you experience any technical issues with your download link, or if you accidentally double-purchased the exact same product, please contact us atrestaurantprompts@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will happily resolve the issue.
