Intellectual Property & License Upon purchasing a prompt from RestaurantPrompts, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompt to generate images for personal or commercial use. However, you cannot resell, redistribute, or share the raw text prompts on any other platform.
2. Digital Products All products sold on this website are digital downloads (text-based AI prompts). No physical goods will be shipped.
3. Limitation of Liability While our prompts are highly optimized, the final output depends on third-party AI platforms (Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.). We do not guarantee identical results every time due to the evolving nature of AI algorithms.
